Are timber frame houses sold fully finished?
Yes. This means that houses can be sold with completed interior and exterior work, including flooring, wall cladding and roofing, windows, doors, installed drains, electrical wiring, heating system, etc.

Are timber frame houses sustainable?
Yes, timber frame homes are sustainable because:

How long does it take to build a timber frame house?
The construction of a repeat timber frame house takes up to 6 months, depending on the expected completion rate.
What kind of wood do you use for your timber frame houses?
We use C-16/C-24 planed, calibrated spruce-pine timber for our timber frame houses. Moisture content is 16-18%, all corners are 4R3. The wood products are certified and comply with European Union requirements.
When is the best time to start building a timber frame house?
As the construction of a timber frame house is not affected by weather conditions, it can be built at any time of year. The most economically optimal time is during the off-season.

What is the price of a fully finished modular house?
The price of a modular house can vary depending on a number of factors, such as the size of the house, the materials used for the exterior and interior finishing, the type of roof etc. We offer a range of options with preliminary prices starting from around EUR 500 to EUR 800 per square metre. The estimate for a modular house does not include the cost of transport and the installation of the foundations.
What is the production time of a modular house?
Once the contract is signed, the production time is 2-3 months or according to the customer’s needs. The waiting time must be used for site preparation: installation of the electricity supply, the foundations and the sewage system.
Is it possible to live in a modular house during the cold season?
It is possible to live in a modular house all year round, but it is important to choose a wall, roof and floor panel thickness of at least 20 centimetres, and to choose the right heating source. The most common choice for modular homes is combined heating, i.e. Air to Air heating and infrared mats.
What is the difference between a modular house and a frame house?
The main distinctive feature of modular houses is their mobility. It is built on stilts and can be easily transported, even if you change your place of residence. Compared to frame houses, modular houses are simple architectural structures that do not require a building permit and there is no obligation to establish energy tightness. Yes, modular homes are cost-effective because they are manufactured in a factory, which allows for a more efficient use of materials and human resources, resulting in lower construction costs.

We make modular homes to individual orders, so we do not stock them.
Delivery and payment -
How long does production and delivery take?
It takes up to 2 months to build a modular house. Delivery with the house on the foundations in the territory of Lithuania takes no more than 2 days.
Do you provide a product delivery service?
We have partners who will ensure that the modular house reaches your site quickly and safely.
What are the prices and conditions for project delivery?
The delivery price is determined by the dimensions of the house and the distance to the construction site. The price starts from EUR 500.
Can I pay for products in instalments or buy with leasing?
A consumer loan of up to EUR 25,000 is available for the production of a modular house. Repayment term may range up to 10 years. The first instalment may be deferred for up to 3 months. More information can be found here.
